How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email regarding your online order: support@10august.com.co
Including the reason for the cancellation and the order number, please.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
After you place your order our staff will carefully select your item to ensure that it is in good condition when it is sent out. At the same time, our packaging will maximize to ensure that the goods are not damaged during transportation.

Please refer to our return policy.

For those that wish to return or exchange, please note the following: 

- If you are not completely satisfied with your 10 AUGUST, we accept returns or exchanges of unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase.

- 10 AUGUST reserves the right to refuse returns and/or exchange products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.

- All sale/markdown items are deemed final sale.

How fast will I receive my order?
Shipping fee will be charged for orders less than $50 CAD.
- Canada Standard - 3-9 Business Days
Fixed rate of $10 CAD is charged when the order amount is between $0 CAD -  $49.99 CAD.
